Using Zoom to Practice Reading Fluency

Description: Come explore ways to use Zoom to help students practice their reading fluency. We will provide an overview of the features of Zoom and discuss how you can use them to maximize instruction.

We will also review the role of fluency in reading instruction, discuss the three key components of reading fluency, and look at a variety of activities tutors and teachers can try. Participants will have plenty of opportunity ask questions and share resources.

CEUs will be emailed to participants after the webinar.

  • Fill out the Additional Information by clicking "Copy from" next to your name.
  • Click "Process" and you will see the message "Thank you for registering." at the bottom of the screen.

Register multiple people:

  • Click "Add New Group/Attendees" to add others. Enter their information and click "Continue." Repeat for all attendees.
  • Click "Continue" again.
  • Fill out the Additional Information by clicking "Copy from" next to your name.
  • Click "Process" and you will see the message "Thank you for registering." at the bottom of the screen.

You will receive a registration confirmation email with a Zoom link to access the webinar. If you believe you have registered but do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder and email krynda@literacymn.org if you cannot locate it.
